FREE Prostate Cancer Screening in January 2011
In January, we will be offering free Prostate Cancer Screening for men over age of 45 including exam and PSA. Please call 818-246-3300 for further details. Leave your email and name to register online. We will send you forms to fill out via email.
This would be Dr. Ebrahimi’s first community cancer screening event, and he is looking forward to be able to help the Glendale community. Space is limited.
